Went for a bday meal on the 12th June, service in Telford is not what it used to be very disappointing.

15 of us went to the wembley outlet branch for a birthday dinner yesterday...the service was incredibly slow and the staff were disengaged... 1 member of staff walked in while we were ordering and saiD sorry im late!! It took 20 mins just to order drinks let alone the food.. we ordered the food and paid at the till and about 15 minutes later they came back to say one of the dishes ordered wasn't available and asked for a substitute... when the food finally arrived ( long wait) the side salads and slaw was absolutely rancid warm wilted and positively off... the hummus was hot and sticky and the chips tasted re-fried over... the kids meals of chicken strips was very very crunchy and the chicken inside dry and tough... We complained and was told it was because of the heat...3 new salads were given as compliments but were only marginally better.. the rest of the stuff was brushed off...The staff didn't seem to care about the issues as they just kept saying its because its hot and we sat outside... we tried to explain that the wilted and brown excuse for salad leaves wouldn't have 'turned' on the trip from the kitchen to the seated area outside...literally we were 5 families of 3 and we all spent C. £50 on food and about £15 in drinks per family ... the drinks came in a warm glass i'd hasten to add....so roughly £65 a family for substandard food and poor service... If we are to take the staffs advice no-one should eat here on hot days as this is allegedly what caused the rancid food.
I would not recommend this place at all it was absolutely disgusting

Waited a while to be seated although not at all busy .Told me 15 mins after order they didn't have the salmon so I ordered something else .waited ages for drinks then two starters then main meals .Bill came up £93 pounds !! Three of us one tea one beer one tap water ,two starters three mains .They had charged me for salmon meal I didn't have ,took it off bill came back they had charged me for two lots of sweet pot fries only ordered one ,mistake first time ok but twice ? ! Nice little pocket earning for them how many don't look at bill and just pay it .Won't be back wouldn't mind if it was rammed hardly anyone there two customers walked out after waiting to be served staff service really bad

Went for lunch today at 12.30 .., music blaring even though only one table seated . Second visit to this restaurant… first one was not brilliant but thought I would try … as per the visit unable to order a pina colada .., missing ingredients…. Went to order a milkshake and was told no milk in the restaurant… they ran out yesterday !!!!…. So I would imagine tea coffee out of the question ..,, this is unacceptable… we left !!

Visited Tgi at fort kinnaird cannot complain about food not 10/10 but still good ,great staff at this branch
Pricey for what they serve

Really disappointed to here paying staff £6.82 an hour try to employ young kids and retain 30% of any tips recieved brutal

Customer service at the main desk was unfriendly,no sh*** given attitude, the table was dirty and the sofa was sticky,with food all over the floor,the waitress was lovely,friendly and helpful(thankfully)the food was amazing,luckily as i had my reservations given the state of the restaurant, the toilets were disgusting along with the floor,tables and walls as we walked there. It's such a shame that the restaurant let down the whole experience,luckily the food was good as I may have left quicker then we did , eat and go today ?? I may point out this is the first t.g.i Fridays I've been to that looked this way. Cabots Circus Bristol

Staff were brilliant especially our server Luca D!
Luca always asked if everything was ok and was around when we needed a refil. Very friendly, professional and a lovely person! I definitely recommend Liverpool One TGIs.

Terrible service. Burnt food after waiting 50 mins. And also got the order wrong...food was cold. Will never visit again

Excellent service by the waiter, he even brought extra crayons for our grandson which was so lovely

Booked a table for 6.15 pm arrived to find a queue to reception.
15 mins late ( as in a queue) ) to be told would have to wait as tables not free.
Why? Explanation was : restaurant fully booked but short staffed.
Allowing walk ins at same time I might add. Didn’t get table or food and when trying to get a drink barman kept serving people who were in queue after me. The whole place was mayhem.

Every time I decide to go to this tgis it gets worse. I hadnt been in ages and fancied some tgis so went with my friends and it was TERRIBLE. We were finally spoken to after over 20 mins of being there. We had been there an hour without even any drinks. Had to move tables because our waitress barely spoke to us and avoided eye contact. Our waitress prioritised a bigger table. Which can be somewhat understandable as we know the day shift had been busy. However, our waitress should have asked her colleagues for help or simply have asked us to be sat in a section where we would actually get served. Cocktails were okay but super watered down. We tried to order at the bar but were told it is only table service which was fine but we then explained we’d had ni service at our table. One waitress literally gave my friend the stank face for no reason when we were paying. The same waitress was rude to other customers that complained about the service too. The manager was nice and responded to our complaint but none of us will be returning the service was shocking. 2 of the waiting staff are very nice but some of the others are extremely rude. Food was okay but wasn't as enjoyable because of the horrible service. If you’re gonna go to TGI’s Hagley Road go to the Solihull one instead :)

Fabulous service from Chloe in the Meadowhall restaurant, what an asset to the business

Won’t be returning!
Been a customer since the very early days.
It’s not what it used to be.
Lacking in all areas.
No atmosphere!
No communication between staff!
Arranged for table of 10 but was sat in separate booths.
Don’t bother celebrating your birthday there, it’s underwhelming.
Move over TGI Fridays, newer restaurants do it better.
Customer service talk a good talk.

TGI always been hit and miss however we decided to give it a try last night at Bluewater and I have to say it's the worst meal and service we have ever had. We sent back 1xstarter 2xmain and 1xside. Absolutely disgusting. 3 other tables close by also sent food back and one walked out.
Needless to say won't be going back there again and will stay well clear.
